1. Requested room service on Saturday, never happened. Made a trip to the front desk at 2pm to confirm they would send someone up to do it. We returned later that night and found it was not done. Requested additional towels and it took an hour to get. We were placed on the third floor, on 11th St, directly across from construction taking place at early hours. It would have been nice to get that disclaimer ahead of time. Disappointing for a Hyatt property
