The front desk was supposed to make you feel welcome that didn’t happen. The lady that brought up towels to the room had a poor attitude. The lady behind the bar didn’t seem interested in helping me with a question I had regards to the menu, she made a face and looked at me like with no patience.

The room was extremely noisy, it’s a dog friendly hotel but the people cannot keep their dogs under control. I had to make multiple complaints before the staff did anything. And one of the managers was extremely defensive and rude when I complained. She simply said well this is a dog friendly hotel. And what would you like me to do if the guest do not answer their phone. Well I can tell you is dogs should not be left unattended in the room.
