I enjoy this Econ lodge. The location is wonderful and the staff is lovely. It has just enough amenities. It is low budget and price is tight! Parking excellent. It’s the best for your buck.

I cose this hotel because of its location near Arlington and for its price. It is an older property but well maintained. Nice restaurants are within walking range. It is quiet and has very good free coffee.

The staff was very nice. The facility does not have an elevator. They advertise that they offer breakfast but there's no dining room or breakfast area. They had bagels and bananas behind the check-in desk and they hand it to you.

Poor customer service at front desk. The lady was giving training to new employee and we were keep waiting for long time. It means they were not professional. Washroom shower knob was not working properly as we noticed it’s very old technology. Most terrible thing was WI-Fi was not working since 5:40am till our check out on last day. When we called 3-4 times the lady was so rude and take the things normal but we have to check flight schedule, return rent car etc.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation was very disappointing. You had to go to the front desk and ask for breakfast which was a bagel, piece of fruit and a small cup of juice. The last day I was there, they had run out and told me to come back tomorrow. One of the reasons I chose to stay at this hotel was because it had a free breakfast and had good reviews so it was very disappointing all the way around. Vending machine had only Pepsi and Sprite, everything else was sold out, including water. Machine took a $5, dispensed one soda and kept the rest of the money. Front desk man came and helped and used his own card to get me another soda, which was super sweet. Room was fine, clean with all the basics but my boys stayed in the adjoining room didn’t have shampoo in the shower. Close to the Metro with a short 10 min walk through a residential neighborhood.

This hotel is on the Metro which makes it convenient for visiting the DC Mall, etc. The room was clean and the furnishings in good shape. There was even a bathroom night light, and the windows open to let in fresh air. The bed was too stiff to be very comfortable for a side-sleeper, but my wife (a back-sleeper) was pleased with the bed. The room fridge wasn't working, but that was no concern for us. There are limited restaurant options nearby, but many a short drive away (if you can find parking once there). Breakfast was very limited, just a bagel with optional cream cheese and a fruit drink. All things considered, I could have given this place a 3 (average), but given the room price, with parking and access to the Metro, I gave it a 4, and I'd happily stay here again.

Great location for metro to DC. Clean, spacious room and terrific staff, but there’s a real need for maintenance. The toilet flushed very slowly and not always on the first try. The wifi kept dumping me off and not readily showing the screen that allowed me to log back in.

Very clean, sharply run hotel in great location a short walk from the Metro as well as myriad dining options and a recently opened Whole Foods supermarket. Would recommend to anyone!
Right next to bike/pedestrian path - possible to bike into DC!

Cleaning staff came in took dirty towels but did not make bed or clean room when we left the do not disturb sign off the door. The bed is well worn and slumps needs new mattress.
