The room is large. Has a nice comforrable bed, fridge, microwave, stove and sofa. The tvs are a little older but who cares. Cable tv is free. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste. They gave me a complimentary toothbrush with a tube of crest tooth paste. Friendly staff with great old-school customer service. They took care of me. I had a plesant stay there. Thanks yall

Ok, if you read some reviews online about this place, you are probably freaking out. But it's actually not that bad; it is in an okay area. I will not say the neighborhood is unsafe. There are some good restaurants around, so that's a plus. The rooms are not terrible, there aren't any bed bugs, I think I saw one roach, and it only appeared once during the time I was at the hotel. For the price, this place is actually pretty good.

The breakfast area was very dirty. There was no cleanness. There was no order . One of the cereal dispensers was not working properly. The lift to go upstairs where our room was , was not working we had to carry our luggage’s using the metal stairs which was not safe. The carpet on the corridor upstairs to our room was very dirty and looks old. Carpet needs cleaning or to be changed. There was no iron in the room.

Booked two rooms. Both rooms were supposed to have 2 queen beds in each. Ended up with 1 king, 1 queen with a Sofa. One of our bath towels was stained and smelled funky. So, we shared the 1 decent towel. Also, only had 1 hand towel, no wash cloths. Bed only had 2 small pillows. I went to front desk to ask for more. They offered me 2. So that was nice. Doors were very hard to close and had to be slammed shut. Floors were clean. Bed and linens were fine. One of the TV’s didn’t work. Bathroom door would not stay closed. The free breakfast was very basic. Toast, yogurt, fruit cups, juices, cereal, oatmeal packets, and coffee. For the price we paid, it was a great deal for the area. Just need better basics like towels, more pillows, and adjusted door locks. Front desk was great and fast.
