The room was comfortable, but twice as big as it should’ve been and very poorly lit. It is very convenient to the airport. Pick ups were on time I got a glass of wine with tax and tip ended up costing me almost $27. Really??? Seriously? Just an average wine.

I had a great stay here! Customer service and hospitality is top tier! From the front desk, wait staff, and housekeeping! All staff is super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I really appreciated I was able to leave my luggage after check out while out site seeing. Most hotels do not offer that option. I will be staying again and again! Thank you AC.

Worst receptionist ever!

At check-in receptionist couldn't find my name and room dor more than 1hour. After talking with Hotels.com staff she gave me the key and she didn't apologize me at all. Worst service in my whole life.
