: My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, traveling-nurses, traveling-families ( not toddler friendly), and small groups. This is a very good and quiet location, and just 13 minutes quick walk away from the Blue line Metro ( Benning Road) minutes away from downtown, several restaurants, Bars, National Mall and Boutiques. Additionally there are one local grocery stores approximately 4 minutes away.

Across the street from an urban forest!

We enjoyed our stay at Terrance's house. The location directly across the street from one of DC's National Parks, part of the Fort Circle Park system, was a fabulous bonus (and we saw deer!). We were lucky to have mild November weather meaning that we could take advantage of the porch and sleep with the windows open. The house is comfortable. It's a good spot for exploring parts of Southeast & Northeast DC (EOTR). We went for lots of walks in the woods on the area trails and we bicycled along the Anacostia River Trail.
