The room was extremely noisy as it faced a courtyard where multiple AC units ran 24 hours a day. Did not get any sleep and front office was unable or unwilling to provide a room away from the noise. Slept with noise cancelling head sets for two miserable nights.

I didn't get the room that i reserved. I paid in advance and paid more for double beds but got a single bed. The whole point was to have a little more room sine all the reviews stated space was tight.

Hotel is ok, has a good location to access the convention center and downtown area. The furniture is a little beat up, but the room is clean. Breakfast is more continental style, the only hot options were the same eggs and sausage patties for four days in a row. Orange juice reminded me Sunny Delight.

Room was clean and you can ask if you want them to clean the room, just take the trash, clean towels, or chage the bedding, your desition. Very efficient employees
