Come and stay in one of DC’s most notable neighborhoods, Bloomingdale! Featured in the series House of Cards, this primarily residential neighborhood has a small commercial center near the intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and First Street NW featuring bars, restaurants, and food markets.

The home is a commuter’s dream with close proximity to The White House and the Capitol Building
This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time.

Out of precaution, I remind all guests of the following rules for the home:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No loitering is allowed around the property including the front steps.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the property.
-The front main door must be kept closed and shut tight at all times. Please do not allow strangers or anyone that is not in your group to enter the building. All guests have a code of their own to enter.

There are actively recording cameras in the lobby of the building. All cameras are on the exterior of the property.

I reserved this property in September for a stay in October. I was called by a property manager on the day I was to check in and told someone was already occupying the property. Someone had booked the property on another platform, and had already checked in.
