Staff were a bit hit and miss! Some were friendly and helpful, other seem to not be interested in their job (customer Serivce) the breakfast options were good, the Serivce was slow, the food was amazing. Room bathroom was wet on arrival, black out blind was not working right and there was only decaf coffee in the room. Pool is seasonal so was closed and the roof top doesn’t open until 5pm. Over all best things about this hotel is the security and location. We may stay again but will have a look around for others.

This hotel is definitely not a kid friendly hotel. Rooftop is a big party on the weekends so it’s loud if you’re planning to go to bed at a decent time you might have trouble doing so.There’s a lack of communication between restaurant staff and hotel staff. They claim to give you a discount for your room service but you have to go the restaurant to order from a very limited menu. Do not order the Caesar salad. Sink was clogged the first night I arrived.

I loved this hotel. This was one of my favorite parts about my trip to DC. It’s my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful. So many amazing accommodations.
