The apartment was nice: huge compared to a hotel room with comparable price. The WeHost platform is the reason for 2 stars. You have to scan the ID, front and back, of every member of the party and upload them. Seems excessively burdensome, but doable. The problem is when we tried to pay for optional parking (as advertised). The email from WeHost said to talk to the “Front Desk”, who said they have nothing to do with WeHost. We called WeHost and spoke in circles for a long time with someone with poor English. They said to “go to the front desk” (can’t), upload your IDs (done long ago), and “pay through the portal” (finally got the link). Next step is WeHost giving me the code for the safe to get the parking pass. They never did. Not by email nor text nor call nor portal. Calling back just got us another circular conversation with an AI. Ultimately, I paid again directly to the parking garage, so I’m out an extra $80. Now 10 days later and still no response from WeHost.
