Great to be able to stretch out and do laundry after our family of four shared a room for four days in a relatively small midtown manhattan hotel room. Loved having two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and living room.

The place was fantastic we were so pleased with the space we got for the price of a hotel room we had a 1 bedroom apartment. The staff was professional and friendly. We felt safe and the place was very relaxed. I will seek out other properties in there care to visit and stay at.

I liked how clean and friendly this hotel was it is located in an area of DC that has pretty much everything and so with the friendly staff and clean facilities and with all n walking distance to some great restaurants and sights I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!

This property is a hidden gem! It feels luxurious and exclusive and gives you the sort of privacy you would want after a long day of site-seeing. We came as a family to celebrate my Mom’s 60th birthday party and the rooms were spacious and perfect accommodations. A highlight was the movie theater room where we were able to display a special video compilation for her and the business room that we were able to sneak away to when we needed to take some business calls. We appreciated how the front entrance was secure after hours so no unwanted guests could enter. We felt both safe and welcomed in the space. Even when we had some minor issues in our room, the staff were very quick to rectify the issue professionally. I will always choose AKA White House when making trips to D.C.

Poor service

I have never been treated so rudely while checking in. I was not welcomed, having my ID in hand the only words spoken to me during check I was “I need your ID to start”. She lightly tossed the key card on the desk in my direction and never shared anything about the room number or amenities at the hotel. I will not be back to this hotel. There are too many choices in life and I choose to be around happy people.
