Room was spacious with a kitchen. It was quite and relaxing. It had washer and dryer in the room. Location was within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. There wasn't any pot holders or dish clothes and dish towels but we made do.

The rooms were fantastic: modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. The listing did not mention that the two-room suite also has 2 full bathrooms, which was a great bonus. We used the Spot Hero website to secure very reasonably priced and safe parking nearby. Location was convenient- walkable to many attractions and close to the Metro, too.

We booked a 2 bedroom room for 3 nights and were gobsmacked by the size of the room, which was a full suite with spacious living room, kitchen area and 2 bedrooms! The place is close to 2 subway lines, about 1 block from the White House, modern and spotless, pleasant staff, there is a bar, gym and cinema room, a couple of complimentary drinks was a nice touch. All in all highly recommended!

This property is very close to metro and 2 blocks to White house there are several cafes and restaurants in the area the apartment is really good size ensuite and half bath laundry facilities super king bed all kitchen facilities this is an exceptional property

1st it was the nicest place I've ever stayed at. For my 1st bucket list item is going to be hard to beat. 2nd all the staff were wonderful. Sergio was professional and a kind soul. Coming back after site seeing was a dream. Comfort is their top priority or so it seems. 2 drawbacks; no fan in the bathrooms and only 1 frying pan in the kitchen. Little inconveniences. Parking was costly but worth it. Made my first experience to DC the best.

The property is well maintained and the staff is helpfull. It is located close to a Metro station which is a plus. Minor issues: It would have been nice if there was coffee for the coffee machine in the room, Kitchen towel for the ( well appointed ) kitchen . The water pressure in the shower was on the low side. Even though our room faced h street which is a major artery, it was quite.
