The staff was amazing, genuinely made our trip so smooth and were extremely helpful at all hours. The room it self was quite dirty, with some mystery marks on the walls and sofa, but for a group traveling that mainly needed a landing pad, the beds were clean and the bathroom was okay. Would stay here again just for the staff though!

Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.

The AC was not able to keep up with the 100 degree temperature while we were in DC. The rooms smelled musty which made me think that the AC doesn't keep up most of the summer and not just this week. The employees were good to work with they gave the kids ice pops and were helpful and nice with every interaction. I thought there was breakfast included, but there was no food onsite. The rooms were nice and large and the linens were all clean.
