These units are made with relaxation in mind. From the roof top deck you have 360 degree views of the golf course, sand dunes, and Pine Valley Mountian. It has a beautiful fire table, comfy lounging area with drink cart where you can sit back and enjoy good times with the great company.

Between two oversize car garages you have plenty of options to get vehicles and luggage out of the sun. Access to Town Center amenities is also included in your stay with a large pool and hot tub area, pickle ball courts and a splash pad for the kids.

The Neighborhood:

You are free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Snow Canyon at your leisure due to their close proximity to this property. Hiking is probably the most popular of activities in Zion. The more active hiker will love trails such as Angels Landing (5-mi. round-trip), the Watchman ( Round-trip) and Observation Point (8-mi. round-trip). Bikes can be rented locally in Springdale and visitors can ride the Pa’rus trail within the park. This may be one of the best ways to see the main canyon of Zion National Park in a relatively short time.



Getting Around:

The unique location---at the Hurricane Exit off I-15---keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and is amazingly convenient to nearby Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs (5 miles and 9 miles). In addition to the private pool, there is pickle ball and a larger community pool very close by in the development. Golfers enjoy the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course in the backyard and Sky View Golf Course 10 minutes away.

We had a group of 16 stay in 2 duplexes and we had an amazing stay in the Washington Utah area. The place met and exceeded our expectations. The units had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy ourselves in the pool after our rounds of golf.

Family reunion time

We rented both units to have 15 bedrooms for a large family reunion. This property was great for that, even though we had to go outside to get between the two houses it was not a problem. Highly recommend the property, great location, convenient to everything you want to see in the area

Beautiful homes

We had a family reunion with 40 people between the two homes. Plenty of space. We actually all hung out in one home for most of the day and went to the other to sleep. It was in great location and houses were clean and beautiful.

Our group of 26 enjoyed our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice large gathering areas. Backyard space quite limited. Quite close to freeway off ramp, but not a huge issue. A few things required attention, but staff very responsive.

We rented these homes for our micro wedding weekend and overall had a good experience. The location was great for St. George and Snow Canyon, and still a reasonable drive to Zion. The common areas were spacious and worked really well for cooking, gathering, and spending time with family and friends. The pools were also very nice and a highlight of the property.However, there were several issues that were disappointing considering the price point. One of the two hot tubs was out of service for 3 out of the 5 days we stayed, and while the host was responsive over messages, maintenance was not handled in a timely manner. We also noticed cleanliness concerns with some bedding and towels, and there was what appeared to be either dried throw up or old food left in the rocks near one of the hot tubs when we arrived.The biggest frustration was being charged for damage after checkout that we absolutely did not cause. The room in question was not even used by our group during the stay. Because of this experience, I would strongly encourage future renters to do a very detailed walkthrough upon arrival and take photos/videos of every room and any existing damage or messes for proof before settling in.Overall, the homes worked well for a large group and wedding weekend, but the post-stay handling and upkeep left us disappointed.
