I couldn't locate the tv remote. There were additional furnishings, desk, lounge chairs in the room. Parking was well lit and felt like a safe location. "

The staff was awful he said that I reservation was not paid for through Hotel.com, he gave me a bill stating that I needed to pay. Fortunately, I had my confirmation and receipt.
