The signage to the entry is a joke. The message sent said collect key from Warwick Castle Lobby but this place is not mentioned on the entry direction board. Drove around for a while and had to stop someone to point me in the right direction. Not been to Castle before. In the bathroom there is no shaver plug as there is in most hotels. Couldn't get TV to come on and had to get one of the staff to show me what to do. Had problem with the exit pole which would not raise when we approached and had to wait a while until a member of staff had to put a code in to let us out.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant and engaged staff. The service in the Knights Tavern on each evening was excellent. The Knights who talk to guests adds to the atmosphere.

Stayed in the knight's village in a log cabin. Cabin and facilities were lovely. The only problem was that we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. You could feel the bed frame through the mattress.

What an amazing place to place! Don't wait for the kids to nag you about going. My room was kitted out for a family of five, including a travel cot. The grounds are fantastic and there are live demonstrations on a regular basis. Was told it can get very busy during holidays. Despite the food being served buffet style, it was very good. A visit to the Knights Tavern rewards with some very good British beers!
