The apartment felt clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and there was a very good atmosphere being family friendly. The children splash time was great, with spa faculties available and sun loungers, you really felt like you were at a resort. The location is exquisitez One of the best family get away we have ever had. We will be back.

Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well as solid overly salted.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Krishe. Couldn’t have asked for more from them. Parts of the estate are a little tired but it looks like they are renovating the main old building and in general, the family had a great time there. The 2 bed apartment was huge.
