Lovely hotel staff very friendly .room adequate but small for the family had to climb over the bed to shut the curtains with the sofa bed out .Bathroom small when trying to get the grandson washed and showered love the way the door closes on to the toilet genius.Great breakfast and very filling .

Great location for Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon, the staff are friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the tv which was resolved in minutes, the hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was hot with plenty of options

Room was a good size and the AC worked well on a warm night. Some road noise but not too bad. Lift was not working again but the stairs are quite accessible. Breakfast time was busy but there was plenty to go around. Close to Warwick Castle and easy access to the centre of town.

Clean, easy to find. Staff helpful. McDonald’s literally on doorstep, but that wasn’t a problem. Parking does get busy though. Free WiFi, but rubbish service on phone from provider! Would visit again.
