The heating system was very noisy and did not have a cycle to run continuously on low. It would shutoff and then come on a little later and then wake us up. The staff was very good and helpful, but the gentleman who came by tried but could not fix it. Otherwise, the room was very clean and nice.

Pool was under maintenance, was going to use hot tub, but absolutely no heat in the pool area. Was approached by a loitering guy asking for money and a ride. Someone smoking skunk weed in elevator and strong in the hallway. Very nice staff, but hotel was ran down.

There was no kitchen in the room, but there was a refrigerator that was mid-sized. Loved that. The restaurant has been undergoing renovations for years. It is not open. It looks like it is under new ownership, and has been under renovation like a lot of Windham properties. The common areas are lovely. The floors, wall art, and furniture are all new.
