The hotel is undergoing much needed construction. This information is not made know to you at time of booking. The hot water was not available. 2 sets of Invited guests to a graduation ceremony canceled their reservations to this hotel for others in the same area. My guests had better experiences at Best western which was $30 less per night. I will not recommend this hotel. Word to the wise…

No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast.

There was no breakfast at this facility. Website showed continental breakfast, but facility does not have a breakfast - no good! Hotel under remodeling. One elevator out of service. Pool was still broken, it was broken last time I stayed. Trash all over the parking lot. Towels were old and discolored. Hotel has gone to pots since it was Holiday Inn. Advertisement for a restaurant being in hotel, no restaurant. They really need to update the Advertisement for this hotel, cause it is all lies.

Had to ask for cups which should have already been in the room. The night front desk attendant was helpful and ran around to get those. Shower soap and conditioner were surprisinly good. Shower water pressure was so-so and lacked hot water in the morning. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice. Luggage carts sound like a train on the ground floor...upstairs carpet is quieter. Walls are paper thin so keep noise and conversations at a low volume if you want or respect privacy.
