The staff was nice & the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself needs maintenance - the shower needs work, the mirror needs replaced, the lock on the room door is broken, etc. The room itself seemed clean, but the hallway and stairs were covered in dirt.

As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option. One positive was that it was a quiet hotel during our stay.
