The Space:
The spacious, light-filled apartment was created with families with children and couples looking for a friendly and functional interior for relaxation in mind. Bright colors and consistent, energizing accents make the space radiate cheerful and positive energy, and large windows provide natural light throughout the day. In the living area there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table. Right next to it there is a kitchenette, which contains all the necessary equipment: a gas stove with a steam absorber, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a washing machine discreetly hidden in the built-in unit. Two separate bedrooms allow for a peaceful rest - one of them is equipped with a king-size double bed and access to a private balcony with a set of lounge furniture, the other offers a double bed. In the living room there is an additional, single bed, which allows for comfortable accommodation of up to five people. There are fans in the bedroom and living room, which provide relief on warmer days. The modern bathroom with a shower cabin has been designed in a thoughtful and aesthetic way. Guests are also provided with a hairdryer and a set of fresh towels. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a desk, a carbon monoxide and smoke detector, an HDMI cable and Wi-Fi access. The building, located on the upper floor, has an elevator, and the windows overlook the surrounding greenery and modern buildings. The property is equipped with a lift. It takes 5-11 minutes to get to the bowling alley, shooting range, swimming pool, and tennis court. In 3-5 minutes you can walk to nearby grocery stores, which allows you to conveniently stock up on necessary items. The nearest Warszawa Ochota train station is only 2 minutes away on foot, and the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is 9 minutes away.
