To start off with the good thing, the apartment was newly renovated and in that way in a good condition. But in our reservation it said "two queen-size beds and one bed sofa" but when we came there it was two bed sofas and one double bed. I called the reception to complain but they wouldn't help us with anything. The bed sofa in the living room was broken so the pull out-part was loose. The lights were flickering. There were stains on the sofa and on the chairs. The flush button was broken so the toilet water was running. The towels and bed linen we got were dirty. After I had called them five times they told me the cleaning service would come the day after to change the dirty sheets and towels and that a technician would take a look at the sofa and lights. The cleaning ladies came and that went alright but the technician didn't have enough lights to change all of the broken ones and he didn't have the spare parts to fix the sofa. We were six people staying there but I would say that you shouldn't be more than four in that apartment.

Vi blev väldigt besvikna då lägenheten låg 2 mil utanför stan. När vi var och hämtade nyckeln sa dem att det bara var tio minuter med bil till lägenheten.
