The Space:

The comfortable 40 m² studio apartment has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It consists of a seating area with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The interior of the studio is decorated in elegant white colours, in addition, carefully chosen accents emphasise the sophisticated character of the space. The lounge area features two single beds and a sofa bed. As an additional form of entertainment, guests can easily find their favourite programme or movie by accessing the Smart TV function, savouring a moment of entertainment in a comfortable environment. The kitchenette is equipped with essential kitchen appliances and accessories, such as an induction hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, so Guests have the opportunity to explore the art of cooking, enjoying complete independence and comfort during their stay. The bathroom is not only a place of relaxation thanks to the bathtub available in it, which provides the opportunity to unwind. A complimentary set of toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to each arrival.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Muranów, which is a charming part of Warsaw's Śródmieście district. It is a very good location with a significant number of shops, retail and service establishments, as well as atmospheric restaurants. Our guests will be able to go for dinner to the Italian restaurant il Punto (1 km) or the Gdansk Milk Bar (270 m). There is also no shortage of atmospheric cafes where you can enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee and have a good time. The Bonitas café is located 350 metres from the apartment. There is also no shortage of green areas where you can go for a walk or jog in the natural surroundings. In close proximity, there is the AK ‘Czata 49’ battalion square, Romualda Traugutta Park with the Polonia Warszawa stadium, or the 1st Armoured Division of the Polish Army square with a fantastic multimedia fountain park. While in the capital, it is definitely worth visiting the famous Old Town and the Royal Castle. The distance to this remarkable place is only 2 kilometres. It can be covered on foot in about 25 minutes or by public transport. The area is well connected to other parts of the city, which can be easily reached by tram and bus. This is made possible by numerous tram stops and underground stations. The location of the apartment is, in a word, perfect, with everything you could wish for during your holiday in Warsaw.
