It’s obvious that the hard product – the interior and the historic walls – is top-notch. But it’s the soft product that truly makes the difference: genuinely five-star staff. A quiet and relaxing spa and pool area shouldn’t be underestimated either.

Amazing hotel, great room, great location. We chose this hotel for the spa facilities, which were fantastic. The one issue we had was that contrary to most of Central Europe’s spa hygiene standards, this hotel requires guests to wear their sweaty, wee bathing suits throughout the sauna, steam room and pool facilities.

Poland, overall, is not oriented towards international tourist. It's more like a business center for Europeans. Thus, do not expect friendly smiles at the front desk, as they are basically minding their own business. If approached, they will politely act; however, do not expect anyone walking the extra mile! Overall, excellent facility with cold personnel...
