Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had a reservation confirmed one week in advanced for 3 nights and when I arrived the receptionist told me I could only stay for one day because they overbooked the rooms. She was not friendly and very rude. The bar staff were nice and friendly but the receptionist was terrible.
