The Space:

A year-round wooden retreat offering 65 m² of thoughtfully designed living space across two floors. It accommodates up to 8 guests and combines the warmth of a countryside home with contemporary design, natural materials and carefully considered details.



The house features three bedrooms and a living room with a flexible sleeping arrangement. Sleeping options include one double bed, two single beds and two sofa beds. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, blackout curtains, dressers, and a closet with hangers, as well as extra pillows and blankets, to ensure a comfortable stay any time of year.



The living room is a cosy space to unwind together. A comfortable seating area with a fireplace sets the scene for relaxed evenings indoors. Board games and adult's and children's books are also available, offering simple ways to spend quality time together away from screens and busy schedules.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace, including a hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, wine glasses, popcorn machine and a coffee machine. A modern bathroom, fresh towels, a selection of toiletries, and complimentary coffee and tea add to the comfort of your stay.



Fast Wi-Fi makes the house suitable for remote working, while the projection screen can be used to create a home cinema when connected to your own projector. Natural wood, a considered interior and a welcoming atmosphere make this a place to settle in, switch off and feel at home throughout the year.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire house and its private, fully fenced 2,000 m² woodland plot. It's a place to unwind at your own pace and enjoy privacy and freedom.



Outside, you'll find two terraces, garden furniture, a hammock, a swing and a barbecue. There is also a trampoline, swings and a foosball table.



The private relaxation area features a sauna and an outdoor hot tub with hydromassage. The sauna is available for an additional fee of PLN 100 per day, while the hot tub costs PLN 150 per day. When booking both amenities, the price per night is 220 zł. Each facility must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Discounts are available for longer stays: 20% off stays longer than 3 days and 30% off stays longer than 7 days.



Firewood for the fireplace is available with no additional fees.



Dogs and cats are welcome. The fee is PLN 100 per pet for the entire stay. Bringing other types of pets requires prior approval.



Breakfast delivery is also available, starting at PLN 39 per person. If you'd like to order breakfast through Box Buy catering, please place your order at least 3 days before arrival.

A refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is required for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Beniaminów is a peaceful village in the Masovian region of Poland, surrounded by woodland and ideal for anyone seeking a break from city life. The surrounding forests invite you to explore on foot or by bike, with quiet paths offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the natural landscape at a slower pace.



Zegrze Reservoir is 5 km away and offers a variety of ways to enjoy the water. Depending on the season, you can go swimming, sailing or kayaking, or simply spend a relaxing day by the shore.



The nearby Bug and Narew rivers add to the area's appeal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you're after gentle woodland walks or a more active day on the water, this part of Masovia offers a lovely balance of peaceful surroundings and outdoor adventure.



Getting Around:

Travelling by car is the most convenient way to reach the property. Free on-site parking is available. The access road is well maintained, and an illuminated path leads to the entrance for easier access after dark.



Beniaminów is approximately 30 km from central Warsaw, making it easy to trade the city's busy pace for a peaceful stay among the trees. Zegrze Reservoir is around 5 km away.
