The 58 m² apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people. A living room with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a balcony with a view of the city await you. A great convenience, especially for a larger group, are two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Warsaw's Praga-Południe district. The area is abundant with greenery – the nearest Poliński Park is an 11-minute walk (900 meters), and Skaryszewski Park is a mere 15 minutes' walk away. Shop for basic essentials at a store a 4-minute walk (300 meters). Nearby, you'll find numerous restaurants, services, and cafes on atmospheric Francuska Street, and nearby bus stops provide quick access to the city center.



Getting Around:

The proximity of bus, metro, and train stations provides excellent connections to every part of the city. By car, you can reach the airport in about 20 minutes. All transportation options are easily located on the provided map.
