Disappointing

Disappointing to say the least. Turned up to find an overgrown front yard with overflowing rubbish bins. Not a good first impression. Inside was not only dirty and smelly, but also had two smoke alarms chirping due to flat batteries and a window that could not be locked. Inside of microwave and state of the bathroom were appalling. The back yard was not that much different to the front. Overgrown, outside furniture covered in mould, clothes line bent and broken, and the plastic bottle full of smoke butts was particularly special.
