Holiday Home 'Schw Agnes' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

This 80 m² non-smoking house on Großer Wariner See sleeps 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children) plus 1 baby. Three bedrooms:

- Ground floor: double bed; separate room with care bed and bunk bed

- Upstairs: double bed, large child's bed, cot and travel cot

The house has step-free access, a ground-floor bathroom with shower and an upstairs WC.



The inviting living room has an open-plan kitchen with a raised oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and air fryer. The dining table seats up to 10.



Families have a high chair, baby bath with changing attachment, changing mat, board games, toys, children's bikes and a balance bike. Wi-Fi is available; the washing machine can be used by arrangement for an extra fee. The charcoal barbecue can be used with stainless steel plates and must be cleaned afterwards. Parking is right by the house; check-in is contactless.



The beach on Großer Wariner See is about 5–6 minutes' walk away (600 m, car-free zone), with lifeguards in summer. Shops, a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn and Rostock are popular day-trip destinations.



Electric car charging is not allowed; e-bike battery charging is. Bring bed linen and towels or book a linen package for an extra fee, payable in advance no later than 3 days before arrival. Toiletries are not provided. Heating is via air conditioning. If final cleaning costs exceed the fees already paid, the difference will be invoiced after departure. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allen ausgestattet was zum täglichen zubereiten von Essen gebraucht wird.Es ist sehr Kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich zum verweilen. Die Lage ist perfekt um fußläufig zum Wariner See zu gelangen oder mit dem Auto nach Schwerin, Wismar oder Rostock zu fahren.Parkplätze sind genügend an der Straße vorhanden. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig, sehr angenehm.
