Welcome to your holiday home on Lake Großer Wariner! This 80 m² non-smoking house accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children), making it ideal for families, friends, or couples. Three bedrooms ensure restful nights: on the ground floor, you'll find a double bed and an additional room with a care bed and bunk bed; upstairs, there's another double bed with a large children's bed, a baby safety bed, and a travel cot.



The house offers step-free access, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and an extra WC upstairs.



The cozy living room with open-plan kitchen is perfect for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a raised oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. The spacious dining table seats 8–12 people.



Families will find everything they need: high chair, children's chair, travel cot, baby bathtub with changing attachment, changing mat, board games, Lego train, children's bikes, and balance bike. Wi-Fi is available, and a washing machine can be used upon prior arrangement and for an extra charge.



Enjoy your holiday: the terrace offers a lovely lake view. A charcoal grill with stainless steel plates is available for relaxed barbecues. Parking is right by the house, and check-in is contactless.



Great location: the beach at Lake Großer Wariner is just a 5–6 minute walk (600 m, car-free zone). In summer, lifeguards and a small café with terrace and lake view await you. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, and Rostock are popular nearby destinations.



Charging electric cars is not permitted. Charging e-bike batteries is allowed.
