The Speicher No. 1 is an old brick building in Waren an der Müritz that has been lovingly renovated to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Even the entrance gate captivates with its intricate carvings.
The covered wooden balconies highlight the rustic charm and offer plenty of space to relax comfortably outdoors, even when it rains.
You’ll find sculptures on the pillars and railings, and some are even hidden in the garden.
Surrounded by perennial plantings, you can lie on the lawn or in a hammock. There’s also a barbecue or campfire area, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and much more.
A free public parking lot is located right in front of the house.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the historic city center and the city harbor.
A bike rental shop is just 500 m away. A bakery and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
