Built in 1935 by renowned local architect Herbert Collins, known for his spacious, light-filled homes. Enjoy a cozy living room with a wood burner and underfloor heating. A fully-fitted kitchen leads to a bright conservatory dining room. Features a king-size master, a twin, and a single bedroom. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Relax in the tranquil garden, complete with a safely covered pond and captivating distant views of the steam train passing by. Downstairs WC with washing machine.
