"Teich und meehr" Seaside Vacation Home with Garage in Hooksiel

At the “Teich und Meehr” vacation home, you’ll enjoy modern living comforts in a quiet location by the pond, at the end of a cul-de-sac—ideal for families and those seeking relaxation. Three bright bedrooms can accommodate up to five people: two with double beds, and one with a single bed and a desk. The light-filled living room with a fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, automatic coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking. The house also features a washing machine, a stylish bathroom with a shower, and a separate guest restroom. Outside, you’ll find a sunny terrace with a garden, a grill, and lounge chairs, as well as a garage and parking space right next to the house. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a crib, and a high chair round out the amenities.

Visitor’s tax:
Hooksiel is a climatic health resort and subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay.

We must charge you an additional fee for this.
After you make your reservation, we’ll need the names of all traveling guests and, for children and teens, their ages so we can register them with the municipality of Wangerland.
We’ll also need at least one email address to send you the digital guest cards.

The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduction in earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card).
This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and marked with a “B”).
d) Caregivers accompanying severely disabled individuals who, according to their official ID, are completely dependent on constant

Note on accessibility:
Please note: Our vacation home is not accessible or wheelchair-accessible. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor and are accessible only via stairs. Therefore, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with severely limited mobility.
