Einzug erfolgte erst nach angeforderter Nachreinigung. Reinigungskraft hat innerhalb einer einer Stunde das beste daraus gemacht. Guter Mann. Grundsätzlich sollte mal eine Grundreinigung erfolgen.Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Wohnung selbst war hübsch und sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Allerdings war es leider ziemlich schmutzig. Und es fehlten ein Haartrockner und das Bügeleisen, was ich der Eigentümerin auch umgehend mitteilte. Einen Fön hatte ich mir dann dann sofort selbst gekauft. Die Kommunikation war leider unbefriedigend. Ich empfehle der Eigentümerin, ab und zu nach dem Rechten zu sehen oder einen Hausmeister oder Verwalter zu beauftragen. Auch die Arbeit der Reinigungsfirma sollte genauer überprüft werden.

Nette kleine Wohnung sehr zentral. Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht sauber. Sehr viele Wollmäuse und Dreck in den Ecken und vom Vormieter noch deutlich Supren im Bad zu sehen. Schade

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn für vier Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sehr schnell geantwortet und uns weitergeholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Gemütliche und praktische Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung „Andrea“ hat uns gut gefallen. Die Kinder fanden es toll. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse, die Ausstattung war gut, die Lage sehr gut. Strand, Edeka, Hallenbad,… alles in wenigen Minutrn erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Einziges, was zu beachten ist: die Treppe zum oberen Zimmer ist wirklich steil. Für unsere Kinder (8 Jahre alt) wars kein Problem. Für Kleinkinder oder auch für Erwachsene mit einem Kind auf dem Arm ist es nicht zu empfehlen.
