From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Check in was great, with welcoming front desk. The hotel restaurant, wow! Great ambience, and I had a steak which rivalled some of the top steakhouses that i have dined in, accompanied by an amazing local shiraz. Everything that accompanied the meal was fantastic. Compliments to the chef! Room was huge and very comfortable bed. Shower was super hot and had great pressure. Checked out to find a note on my windscreen saying, "With compliments, we have washed your windscreen, safe travels". Amazing experience, highly recommend.

Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, beds are large and comfy. We would love to go back over summer as the pool and surrounds looked very inviting. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, lovely food and impeccable service. The wait staff were attentive without being intrusive, and particularly Meryl, who looked after us for both breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for her, making our experience a very pleasant one. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Wangaratta, and can highly recommend this hotel.

Such a great place to stay close to everything. Food from the restaurant was lovely and a good price which we ate next to the pool so relaxing. The rooms were spacious and really clean. Would definitely recommend to others and we will stay here again if in the area.
