* Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge
* Large deck, with panoramic views of Lake Wanaka
* Internal access to garage with plenty of storage for ski's, bikes etc.
* SUPER CLOSE TO TOWN!!!!
The chef's kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining-living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture stunning lake views, leading to a generous deck - the ideal spot for entertaining or enjoying Wanaka's magic, complete with an automatic louvre for year-round use.
Upstairs, there is a comfortable master bedroom with King size bed, with private access to a luxurious tiled ensuite and spacious walk-in robe.
Downstairs, two twin bedrooms which can be made into super king beds upon request, have garden access, providing a peaceful retreat. The main bathroom boasts neutral tiles, underfloor heating, a relaxing bath and a walk-in shower.
