The Space:
This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the lower level with extraordinary mountain and stream views from the deck. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is sheltered from the wind. You can hear the stream from the master bedroom.

The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern décor and furnishings.

Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, free wifi and Alexa. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (maximum height clearance is 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities.

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters.
