Summary:

Enjoy our unique urban farm cottage (add caravan for 6 or more guests, excluding infants ) which have both been lovingly restored and renovated. The grounds occupy the corner of our 4 acre family farm in Wamberal. We have a menagerie of animals for daily feeding including ponies, alpacas, goats, sheep & chickens. We love the firepit & outdoor dining experience and the cosy indoor fireplace with a glass of red in winter.

We do cater for parties & events but please enquire for approval & packages prior to booking.



The Space:

Charming Urban Acreage & Retro Caravan

Nestled on a sprawling urban acreage, this cottage is a sanctuary of "farm-luxe" style. It's a place where designer flair meets the rustic heart of the Central Coast, offering a private escape that feels a world away, yet is conveniently located just minutes from the sea.



What we Love:

Location: Ridgeway Ranch is on an urban acreage in Wamberal, surrounded by rolling green space and the gentle sounds of the farm. Our central location means a we are not isolated with the hum and rhythm of local life during peak periods still experienced. This means though a short 5 minute drive to the beach, coffee, restaurants and cafe's.



Design: A masterful blend of old-world charm and modern elegance. With high ceilings and polished floorboards throughout, the cottage feels airy and light, while the "restored retro" touches add a sense of playfulness and soul to your stay.



Living Areas: The lounge and dining rooms are designed for true relaxation. Whether you're sharing a bottle of wine by the window or gathering for a board game, these spaces are bathed in natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding greenery.



Outdoor Spaces: This is where the magic happens. The expansive Firepit Area is the heart of the outdoor experience. Imagine a long lunch at the large outdoor table, followed by an evening of roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars while the farm animals graze nearby.



Kitchen & Amenities: A dream for those who love to cook, the farmhouse style kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven, and a SMEG fridge. The cottage also includes high-speed amenities for working from home and a convenient laundry with a washer/dryer combo.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The master suite features high ceilings and a gorgeous Queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features one Double bed and one Single bed, making it a cozy "den" for the kids. For larger groups, the Restored Retro Caravan in the garden is a showstopper, sleeping guests in one King bed and one Single bed. The cottage features one full bathroom with a full-sized bath.



Notable Features: In the mornings and evenings, we invite you to join us as we tend to and feed our "herd of little lovelies"—a hands-on experience that children and the young at heart will never forget.



Whether you're gathering around the firepit for a celebration with friends, sharing a quiet moment with our animals, or tucked away in the retro caravan for a night of nostalgia, Ridgeway Ranch is about making memories that last. It's more than a stay—it's a return to nature with all the luxuries of home.



Guest Access:

The property has a digital lock and is accessible anytime throughout the day or night. We do prefer to meet you and introduce all our friendly pets and tell our story.



The Neighborhood:

The Ridgeway Ranch is an urban country experience with the convenience of the beach and cafes only a stones throw away. You're not in the middle of nowhere but you will wake with animals and your doorstep on this little acreage. Tumbi Rd can be busy at times but embracing the open space and animals is an easy option.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around the area but we have ample off-street parking.

If anything looks off when you arrive or you need a help with something, just let us know. Our team is available 9am–5pm AEDT, we're always happy to help.
