Welcome to the tasteful and cozy vacation rental “Keiler und Rosen,” located in the heart of the idyllic heathland village of Hollige—dotted with old oak trees—near Walsrode. With 90 square meters of space, this spacious rental offers plenty of room for up to 4 people, making it ideal for short getaways.

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, fun, or inspiration, this apartment has plenty to offer. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a large, bright living room, and a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen invite you to “feel right at home.” Three TVs are available, as is Wi-Fi.

Whether you’re playing games (board games provided), writing, reading, cooking, or perhaps getting creative, there’s no shortage of inspiration. Peace and nature offer opportunities for hiking, exploring the area, photography, wildlife watching, or simply relaxing.

The unique “Keiler und Rosen” vacation rental is located on an old farmstead. There are no longer any animals on the property, but our beautiful entry hall with crystal chandeliers is occasionally used for events.
Through a side entrance, a wooden staircase leads you to the first floor. There, a hallway leads to the two beautiful bedrooms (both with TVs), the small bathroom with a shower (equipped with a hair dryer), and the bright, spacious living room with a fold-out couch (which can be converted into an additional bed), a workspace, and a dining table for 6 people (high chair available), which is perfect for leisurely meals or game nights.
From the living-dining room, you can access the modern kitchen, which features another dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartments, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and waffle iron. There is plenty of dishware and pots, as well as various baking pans and utensils, and tablecloths.
In a tucked-away storage corner, you’ll find a small washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and spare bed linens to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The farmstead is centrally located in Hollige and, on a 5,000-square-meter property, offers various options for placing patio furniture in different spots.
You can barbecue on the covered patio regardless of the weather.

Parking is available on the property, and bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the event hall and charged if necessary.
Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property and pets are not allowed.

There is a bus stop right in front of the property; Walsrode is 6 km away, where there are still a surprising number of small shops and various dining options.
