I had one night here. The hotel is nothing fancy, you get what you pay for. Only downside is, it can be hard to get at table for dinner, since the restaurant is popular. But the servers was absolute nice

Worth a small detour

Family-run, apparently very popular place among locals. A few on-going events while we were there: a wedding and a 50th, but not disturbing at all. A hotel and a microbrewery with rooms on the same grounds. We stayed in one of those. Seemed brand new and well designed. Nice service and a good dinner in the evening, possibly a bit overpriced. The brewery part also serves food, I think we will try that next time. Excellent breakfast, was included in our rate. Safe and quiet rural area. Plans for expansion according to big signs. Will soon have a spa.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen. Das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr schön. Wahnsinnig gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Es gab leider keine Saunatasche/Bademantel/SaunahandtĂŒcher und wenn man im Brauhaus untergebracht ist muss man immer durch das Restaurant laufen wenn man zu seinem Zimmer will. Nicht so schön wenn man mit seinem Koffer zwischen den Stuhlreihen durch muss, wĂ€hrend Leute dort sitzen und essen.

Es ist ein doch schönes ordentliches Hotel, (Alt-und Neubau) alles sehr sauber, die SpeisenqualitĂ€t im Restaurant hat uns jedoch nicht ĂŒberzeugt, das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist auch normal, nichts besonderes, Brötchen/Brot pappig, Wurst/KĂ€se und das Sonstige IndustriequalitĂ€t, weit entfernt von "hervorragend", Mitarbeiter/innen ein wenig "hektisch". Spa und Neubau hochwertig. Viele Schwalbennester -obwohl unter Naturschutz- unter Dach haben sie abgebrochen. 2 Weißstörche am Horsthotel.

Vorweg, uns empfing und betreute ein sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer im GĂ€stehaus waren neu renoviert und sehr sauber ParkplĂ€tze waren direkt vor der HaustĂŒre. Der Forellenhof liegt in ruhiger Lage abseits von VerkehrslĂ€rm und bietet ein idyllisches Ambiente, Biergarten und Brauhaus runden den guten Eindruck ab.

Wor fĂŒhlen uns gut hier! Wunderbares Personal und das Zimmer ist auch gut. Das Restaurant, die Bedienung dort ind das Essen einfach fantastisch, besonders die Forelle :) Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Was ein bisschen stört ist die Beleuchtung im Zimmer. War leider nicht perfekt durchdacht bei der Renovierung - im Bad ist das grelle viel zu kalte Licht, in dem Zimmer selbst haben wir nur die Nachttisch leuchten angemacht - toll, dass dort die verschiedenen Optionen gibt! DafĂŒr definitiv ein Plus. Was noch besser sein könnte - auswahl umweltfreundlicher Seifen mit wenig intensivem Duft. Wir haben noch die Honigwaben gekauft. Mmmm
