The Space:

Every corner of the home is designed to feel open, calm, and connected to its forest surroundings. Clean lines, natural textures, and soft light create a balanced and welcoming atmosphere.

The guest wing features three private bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. There’s also a cozy sitting room with a Murphy bed and a compact kitchenette, complete with a fridge, sink, and electric cooktop. One of the bathrooms includes a soaking tub framed by glass walls, offering a quiet, leafy view, ideal for winding down after a day outdoors.



Guest Access:

Self check-in || Guests have full access to the entire house and outdoor property, including the sauna, garage, and fitness room.

Located at the end of a quiet road, the home feels completely secluded, yet it’s close to some of the region’s best outdoor destinations:

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.

Fees: Please note there's a $75 fee (plus tax) for lost keys, we kindly ask that you keep them with you or in a visible spot at all times. If trash is left inside the home instead of being placed in the outdoor bins, a $150 fee (plus tax) will apply. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and welcoming for everyone!



Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Plunge Pool: The plunge pool opens after Memorial Day weekend and closes October 31st. We recommend contacting us prior to booking to confirm the pool's availability during your stay.



House control: The home is powered by the Control4 smart system. An iPhone will be available on-site so you can easily manage the lights, temperature, and other features during your stay. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
