For an older locally owned motel I was pleasantly surprised. I stay in hotels about 285 days a year for work as I'm always traveling. The only complaint was actually being woke up at 4:30 a.m. from the people upstairs and the noise going down the stairs however next time I'll just standing upstairs room if I have to stay there again in that town which I would absolutely stay there again

Yes, our pet was comfortable and settled right in. Convenient grassy area to relieve herself. Everything was quite good. Mattress was a bit too firm for my taste. It's not the Taj Mahal, but excellent if all you need is a basic clean room.

It’s fine, very nice maintenance guy, basic, better than the motel across the highway though. The BBQ place nearby is okay, loud road traffic, but for Waldron it’s th best choice
