The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to communicate and assist me with late arrival solutions. This smaller home-grown boutique stay was excellent!

We had a great experience here! We had initially booked just one night for our visit to Yachats for a birthday trip, hiking and exploring, but we were having such a good time that we ended up staying another day and chose to book another night here. The host was fun, helpful, and informative. He had great suggestions for food spots and hiking spots. We were treated very well and would definitely stay here again! I would recommend this place to others - it's a convenient little spot just outside of Yachats.

This hotel was by far one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The furniture seems new; the draperies were fashionable; the flooring new; the vanity and lighting were beautifully modern. Nice ceiling fan. Safe parking. I liked the potted flowers at the entrance. Locals were digging for clams in the early morning a short walk away. I will stay here again.

This place was convenient for us to stay on our travels through this area. The town is very small and not really any place to walk. The room was clean although somewhat small and dark. I might stay there again if it was convenient.

Larry was exceptional to work with. He called ahead the afternoon of our arrival to verify the approximate time of our arrival to make sure if he needed to provide the information we would need for a late check in. We arrived before the office closed for the evening and I was glad I had the opportunity to actually meet Larry. He was very informative and helpful with making arrangements for parking our larger pickup truck on their smaller parking lot. The facility is a very nice small quiet motel. And if we are in the area again we will not hesitate to make reservations again. We stayed at this location for 6 nights and it was great . Thanks Larry for your great hospitality

The staff was very welcoming. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Pride of ownership really showed. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bedding was high quality. I was nervous about it being close to the road, but turned out to be no problem. My only issue was the lobby hours.. closed until 3 pm. We put our keys in the night drop then realized we left things in the fridge… not a lot, but no way to retrieve them without calling the emergency number. Overall a good experience.
