Bed wasn’t comfortable, very firm. Rooms are pretty small and I wish they had a hot tub. I did like that we could log into Netflix on the TV.

I wonder if they can start considering that some people have traveled for 24 hours are beyond exhausted and cannot get up at 6 AM to have breakfast especially when 6 AM is really 3 AM to them. So we did not have any breakfast and that’s fine.

First time at a Tru and didn't realize there are no drawers or closet for storing clothes. Seemed very minimalistic and not meant for more than a 1 or 2 night stay.

Wonderful home away from home

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the pas 3 months my son goes to school in Louisburg and this hotel Is not far and is pet friendly. My only complaint is that only one elevator was working and that can be a problem because I am handicap and can’t take much steps.

Too much noise.

The only thing that I think was horrible was that there was a lot of noise from our neighbors upstairs. I’m not sure if there was insulation in the ceiling or not, but it was very disturbing and we could not sleep. We called the front desk several times and it didn’t seem like anything was done. They just said that the people upstairs would be leaving the next day. Other than that, the hotel was really very clean. We were happy about that.
