いつも清潔な大浴場がついているのがとても気に入っています！ 宿泊時雨が降っていたのでホテル内で食事しましたがとても安くて盛り付けがとても丁寧で大満足しました！ 海外の団体客とチェックインが重なるとエレベーターの待ち時間が長くて少し居心地が悪かったです。 チェックインの際はエレベーターは1機を団体客専用にしてもう一つはフリーにしてもらえると助かります。

便器の上の一段高い所にトレーが置いてるが、歯ブラシが、落ちたら、便器の前の隙間から便器が、閉まっているのに、便器の中へ落ちた。 湯沸かしポットの巻き付いてるコードを伸ばしたら、ホコリが、たくさんついてた。 近くのホテルよりいい感じなのに、もったいない。 気をつけて頑張って下さい。

部屋が広めなビジネスホテルというかんじです。ただ、新しいホテルなので全てがとても綺麗でした。朝ごはんのビュッフェは育ち盛りの子ども達が喜んで食べてくれるようなメニューでした。

jr和歌山站東口走路五分鐘，附近餐廳不多但也有選擇，飯店設施以價位來講很值得推，空間也夠，浴室有附牙刷丶洗顏丶梳子等，電視可以接neflix ，也有多類型充電線，整體上飯店很用心。提早到也有自行存放行李櫃及吸煙區，挺棒的
