Perfect location for our Waitomo Adventures caving activity. The owners are super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was provided - cereal, bread, yogurt, coffee, etc which was much appreciated for our early morning start. You can walk to a couple cafes as well.

Awesome place with a nice breakfast. The host gave great suggestions for bush walks to see glow worms and an awesome waterfall. The room was nice and we had a great stay.

It was advertised to host 4 people, but really it is good for 3. The room is too small for 4. Bathroom was nice and modern. Shower doors worked well. The room was modern and nice, just small for 4. For 2-3 people are ideal. Staff were very nice and kind.

Great for a one night or more stay for the caves!!

Nice place just around the corner from the Waitomo caves experience with the 100 meter absail...There were a fair number of steps up to our room but the room was nice and the water pressure was good. We kept warm on a July night and slept well. The breakfast was a fine continental breakfast and checkout was quick. We only stayed one night because of our schedule but could have easily enjoyed a couple more!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a little basic and some more focus on detail while cleaning would be appreciated. The heated blanket was a nice and welcome touch.

There really isn't much in the area, but anything that was there was included in a very helpful binder. The room was very comfortable and Richy was a hoot! Excellent host. I would recommend this property. Looking at the rooms, we weren't sure what to expect, but it was a great stay!
