Pub next door was very convenient for evening meal and reasonably priced. Patio of chalet was a pleasant way to spend an hour or so in the evening

Staff were lovely and welcoming. We were able to park immediately outside our room’s terrace where we enjoyed a peaceful dinner sat outside. Room was fairly basic. Great location though for an early morning trip to the waitomo caves.

Location was good. Staff was fine. Cleanliness could be improved. Room did not have any toilet paper when we arrived, no staff upon arrival, this is a bare minimum item, took almost 3 hours to get a response. They understood but not acceptable. Has to be fixed for all guests.

The space was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is located in a very quiet area and just a pleasure waking to chirping birds. It appears the space was recently upgraded. Everything was very nice.
