Riverfront Cottage Waipu

Comfortable, private cottage situated right on the Waipu River on Cove Road. The river is great for great for swimming and Waipu Cove is 5km further down the road. Lovely north-facing verandah is very sunny and warm. The house sleeps five - one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one bedroom with 2 x single beds, and a divan bed in the upstairs lounge; and has one bathroom.

Please note this is not a serviced property - it is a typical kiwi bach arrangement whereby tenants are required to take their own linen etc and leave the house clean and tidy.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

This is a traditional bach arrangement where everyone cleans up after themselves. Tenants must ensure floors are vacuumed, and the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are clean.
Tenants are to double check all doors and windows (including all windows upstairs) are closed and secure before leaving.
Tenants are to dispose of all rubbish and recycling. This can be taken to the local refuge centre at Tip Road that is open daily 8am-1pm but closed Public Holidays. Do not leave any food in fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Short stay for a wedding

We enjoyed our short stay at the Bach to attend a wedding- it was easy to find, and convenient, with just a short drive to town. A lovely place with plenty of character and backed on to the river- a nice place in a nice area for a break!
