There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints.
