I just spent 63 day in this unit. It has pretty much everything imaginable for a comfortable stay. All of the photos are accurate. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality dishware, glasses, etc. Pretty much everything you could possibly need. I have stayed in probably a dozen condos in this area and this is the first one that had good quality knives that don't require bludgeoning the food that you are trying to cook. The location is very convenient to all of the Waikoloa Beach amenities. The pool/spa and gym are all very nice and easily accessed. This is a ground level unit which has plusses and minuses. The BBQs and trash containers are easily accessible out of the lanai door. The view from the lanai includes the Kohala, Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea mountains. The only small negative is that as an older unit the insulation between floors is not great. During my lengthy stay, occasionally the unit above apparently had a herd of elephants stampeding particularly when there were young kids in residence. But a relatively minor issue. And of all the condo complexes that I have been in, this one has the most adequate guest parking aside from the space assigned to the unit. All in all, a very attractive and comfortable unit. I will return.
