The large pocket doors open up off of the great room to access the spacious lanai that Kolea is known for. Here you will find a dining table with four chairs and lounge chairs. There is a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use also. The nice lawn area wraps around the lanai giving you a nice open feeling.
On one side of the villa is the master suite with a king size bed and bedside tables facing a chest of drawers with a wall mounted LCD television. There is a small lanai off of the bedroom for sitting. The attached master bath has dual vanities with a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub. Next to the master bedroom is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a nightstand. The attached bath has a vanity with a tub/shower combo.
On the other side of the villa is another guest bedroom with a queen size bed with bedside tables. The attached bath has a vanity with a walk in shower.
