If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, then this quiet, modern apartment—located right on the edge of the forest and in the middle of a Christmas tree plantation—is just right for you. The apartment, which won’t be completed until 2025, features a warm and bright interior and is fully equipped. It offers three bedrooms (which can be configured with single or double beds), an open-concept kitchen and living area, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upon request, we can provide a crib, high chair, and other baby gear. The apartment is located near Cham, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trips in the Bavarian Forest or excursions to Regensburg. We’re happy to assist you with tips for your stay.

Großzügige DG-Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Hauptbad und einem Gäste WC sowie einen großen Wohn und Essbereich ausgestattet. Zusätzlich kommt noch ein Balkon mit Süd Ausrichtung hinzu. Ein Parkplatz ist selbstverständlich am Haus verfügbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht direkt in Waffenbrunn, sondern in einem Nachbarort (Gemeinde Waffenbrunn). Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und für den Aufenthalt mit einem Säugling sehr gut geeignet.Leider ist kein Bäcker fußläufig errreichbar (nächster in Waffenbrunn).
